Comprehensive Assessment and Personalized Treatment
The treatment process begins with an initial assessment, usually spanning one to two sessions. During this phase, we identify the presenting symptoms/issues, gather relevant background information, and screen for mental health concerns. This comprehensive assessment helps us understand your issues thoroughly.

After the assessment, our psychologists develop a case formulation to create a shared understanding of the symptoms, their causes, triggers, and maintaining factors. This formulation is revised as new information emerges throughout treatment.

Collaborative and Evidence-Based Treatment Planning
Our psychologists are committed to high standards of care, collaborating with clients to develop tailored treatment plans. These plans consider the client’s symptoms/concerns, relevant scientific literature, and individual treatment needs and goals. We employ a variety of therapeutic models and interventions, including:

  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills
  • Mindfulness
  • Trauma-Focused Interventions (Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy)
  • Interpersonal Process Therapy
  • Pain Reprocessing Therapy
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Schema Therapy

Our psychologists are trained to integrate these evidence-based therapeutic models as needed to meet the client’s treatment goals.
