Supervision

Drawing on our extensive experience, we provide tailored supervision to provisional psychologists, developing individualized supervision plans to enhance their assessment, intervention, and consultation skills to prepare for full registration.  Our supportive approach extends to assisting provisional psychologists in developing their assessment and intervention report samples and helping prepare for oral examination as part of their steps towards full registration.

Supervision is provided to all provisional psychologists working within the practice and arrangements can be made for those working at external sites contingent upon our supervisory capacity and the training needs.

Provisional psychologists working at CASA are invited to attend monthly practice-wide clinical meetings which provide a collaborative platform for discussing challenging cases and clinical issues, as well as fostering professional camaraderie, enabling mutual support and the celebration of professional milestones.

Our collaborative approach underscores our commitment to nurturing the next generation of psychologists and our desire to foster excellence in psychological care provision within our community, reflecting our dedication to ongoing learning and professional growth alongside our trainees.
