Meghan Flath is completing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan, where she also earned her B.A. (Honours) in Psychology in 2018. She is in the final stages of her doctoral program, with her dissertation as the only remaining requirement for graduation. Meghan began her clinical training at CASA Psychological Services as a practicum student in 2022 and has since completed her predoctoral residency with the Saskatchewan Health Authority. During her residency, she completed major rotations at CASA and the Operational Stress Injury Clinic, as well as a minor rotation at the Rehabilitation Inpatient Unit at Saskatoon City Hospital. These experiences provided specific training in trauma focused care, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma related conditions. In addition, she has gained experience in delivering a range of evidence based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness techniques. Meghan primarily works with adults (18+) and tailors her therapeutic approach to meet each client’s unique needs. She provides treatment for a variety of concerns, such as trauma related conditions (including PTSD), mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD), chronic pain associated with health conditions, and insomnia. She also has specific training in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I). In addition to providing therapy, Meghan conducts comprehensive mental health assessments for adults, focusing on anxiety, depression, and trauma related concerns. She is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care to support her clients’ well being and recovery.
