Ariana Faul (Registered Psychologist, Provisional #1323) provides psychological services under the supervision of Registered Doctoral Psychologists at CASA. She earned her Master of Education in School and Counselling Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan in November 2025 and holds an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan. Ariana works with adults, offering individual therapy for concerns including anxiety and mood disorders, stress, body image, disordered eating, and trauma. Her approach is client-centered and collaborative, integrating evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-focused interventions including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Ariana is particularly interested in helping clients explore the stories they hold about themselves and their experiences, and how these narratives shape emotional well-being, coping patterns, and relationships. She strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to build insight, develop effective strategies, and move toward meaningful change. In addition to therapy, Ariana provides comprehensive psychological assessments for mental health concerns, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
